Hillside Pasture Farm is a veteran-owned, family-run operation dedicated to raising happy, pasture-foraged chickens and delivering non-GMO, soy-free eggs directly to our local community.
Our journey to farming began with Scott’s lifelong passion for chickens and regenerative agriculture. After both retiring from the Army and raising our six children, we decided it was finally time to pursue our dream: building Hillside Pasture Farm, a family poultry business deeply rooted in humane care and sustainable farming.
The turning point came with our very first brood. Watching those young chicks thrive out on the open grass, Donna instantly matched Scott’s enthusiasm for poultry farming. We knew right then we had found our true calling. Today, Scott moves our mobile coops to fresh pasture to guarantee our flock has fresh grass to forage in every single day. Both of us are out in the fields several times a day, visiting with and personally caring for our birds. By combining premium, non-GMO, soy-free feed with a commitment to healing the earth, Hillside Pasture Farm is proud to bring the highest quality pasture-raised eggs to our local community.
Scott rotates our mobile coops onto fresh grass, giving the flock new ground and keeping the pasture healthy.
Our hens forage freely and are fed premium non‑GMO, soy‑free grain, several visits a day, rain or shine.
Eggs are gathered fresh and brought straight to our local community — no long cold-storage chain.
